If you spot a factual error on any 1winly page - a wrong licence number, an outdated bonus value, a broken external link - email us at [email protected] with the URL and the specific claim. We treat correction requests seriously and respond within 5 working days. Material corrections are appended to the page with a date and a brief change description.
Story tips & whistleblowing
If you have information about regulatory non-compliance, withdrawal-cap issues, KYC manipulation or other operator misconduct at 1Win or a competitor, email [email protected]. We treat tips confidentially and never disclose source identity in published material without explicit, written consent.
For verified, on-the-record information, we request: dated screenshots, transaction hashes (for crypto), affiliate tracking links, or recorded support transcripts. Anonymous tips are still useful for directing our investigation but cannot be cited as a source.

For affiliate programme enquiries, white-label syndication of our review data, or commercial partnership requests, email [email protected]. Note that we do not accept paid placements, sponsored reviews, or commission-tier-tied scoring adjustments. We have rejected three such offers in 2024-2026.
We will consider data-syndication agreements where our 47-point methodology is reproduced in full attribution.

We are an independent editorial publication, not 1Win and not a customer-service channel. We cannot process deposits or withdrawals, recover blocked accounts, intervene in KYC verification or reverse betting losses.
